The book recalls the classic Russian fairy tale of the Fisherman and the Goldfish in a new and modern version. In this book, Putin is described as the fisherman who catches a goldfish and makes megalomaniac wishes to it. The author takes a dig at policies made by the president in a witty and humorous way which is promised to make the reader laugh out loud.Putin held office from 2000 to 2008 after which he assumed power again in 2012.
